Why This Site Exists
The ability to tip on the OWCS games is something ive always wanted, but I never saw a way to do it, so i decided to build it myself and see how that went. Hopefully this site will keep evolving as people provide me feedback.
Built as a Student Project
I study a double degree in computer science and astrophysics, and I am using this project as a way to engage the skills I learnt, specifically the skills from computer science while still being about something I love. Due to university, I have limited time to work on this, and it is more of a side project, but i enjoy working on it so much.
It is also a chance to build something from the ground up around a topic that is genuinely enjoyable, rather than just creating another generic sample app.
Project Direction
My long term vision for this website is for people to frequently use it to tip on the OWCS games, increasing the enjoyment and investment by spectators. I hope that this can help spread my passion for OWCS to others as well.
Still Growing
As this is still the very early stages of the project, please be patient with any bugs or things of the sort as I am doing my best to resolve these as I become aware of them.
